What an amazing experience!
My husband and I stopped by The Exchange Brewery on a whim after sauntering around NOTL for the morning. We sat upstairs where Hunter was our server. Hunters knowledge of the various beer offerings was vast and helpful as we asked a lot of questions before ordering.
The food was delicious and our beer choices were so good we picked up a few bottles to take home with us.
We can’t wait to come back!

Our group had a great time at the Exchange Brewery doing the tour and tastings in Nov 2025. We learned a lot from Raj and it was cool to see behind the scenes on how beer is made there. My personal fave was the last one, the blueberry sour beer.
