Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed and shower. Excellent hairdryer. Mini fridge with water, excellent coffee and tea options with fab biscuits and Ferrero Rocher. Spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Room service exceptionally good too. And to top it all great views and location AND my wee dog loved it! Highly recommend

The few staff on duty were friendly and helpful.
Food was good, though chips as part of a business event buffet was novel
Room facilities excellent – large built-in wall screens, though wireless connectivity to one laptop was unreliable.

The rooms were nice with some nice furniture and handy bedside usb A and C sockets. Although, the pillows weren't great. The restaurant, however, was excellent and the service was very good. All the staff we encountered were very accommodating, especially when we needed to store items for a luncheon, too.
