I have consistently visited Cauayan almost annually and stayed at various nearby hotels, including a four-star establishment. However, my most memorable experience was at Hotel Andrea with my toddler. We reserved a room from January 5th to January 17th. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness, readily assisting with luggage and elevator access. The semi-suite room was spacious enough for my child and me, with daily replenishment of supplies despite minimal usage. The room's cleanliness and maintenance were consistently impressive. I appreciated the hotel restaurant's diverse menu options and the staff's courtesy, including accommodating a special request for a vegetable omelet. The presence of Coffee Bean within the premises added to the convenience, with welcoming baristas. Additionally, Cleto's siopao and bakery items were a delightful nostalgic treat. While the hotel's sinks and toilets require upgrading due to issues with wobbly faucet heads and occasional clogging, this did not deter us from having a pleasant stay. We look forward to booking Hotel Andrea again.

We had a very pleasant stay last 03 Sep – 8 Sep 2025. The staff are amazing! Ricx, Jayvee, Alvin, Aila, and the other lady at the reception were so nice and accommodating. Our kid lost her ipad few days before we leave, we asked for cctv footages which they provided the next day. Days after we checked out, we received a call that they found the ipad somewhere in the lobby area. We arranged collection and got the device shipped to us. Housekeeping crew are always cheerful and greets us every time we see them in the lobby and the hallway. Great people and service. Fairly priced. Will definitely come back.

You get more than you paid for. I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Very welcoming. Their breakfast and facilities are superb. I'll definitely bring my family here.
