Great place, nice ambience, cozy dining! Place can be packed sometimes so you can make advance reservations and even pre-order.

We ordered the happy hour (before 6pm) of buy 2 get 1 free sangria. They also offered samples of craft beer which were good, but the party are up for sangrias at this time.

Gambas were a bit spicy and good. Perfectly paired by dunking the baby pan-de-sal on the gambas and let it absorb some grease.

USDA Porterhouse was cooked to liking. The accompanying fries seemed unappealing at first, but surprisingly good.

Callos was perfectly cooked – wished it had more tripe but it was still great. The staff were very eager to explain the menu, friendly to approach and very patient with our group.

Paella con Saffron was good and the serving is more than ample. We weren’t able to finish it as we were only.

Equally good and not to skip, are the deserts and coffee served by Cafe 1945. We had Ice Creams and Canarian Gofio Mousse as desert, as well as Cafe Limonada con Leche and Cafe Cubano.

Looking forward to be back here again soon!!

Craft 1945 is a super pet-friendly restaurant—we were pleasantly surprised that they even prepare a toy basket where you can choose one toy to take home for your furbaby. 🐶

It’s a lovely Spanish restaurant that truly goes the extra mile for celebrations. They give a complimentary cake with a Polaroid picture for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and even promotions, which makes the experience feel very personal and memorable.

The food is delicious, and they start you off with complimentary mini pandesals that are also really good. They also offer free tastings of their craft beers and sangria, with the staff kindly explaining each one to you.

The ambiance is relaxing and inviting, and despite having excellent customer service, there is no service charge, which is impressive. Overall, an amazing dining experience—highly recommended for food lovers, pet owners, and anyone celebrating something special. 🥂✨

We came across Craft 1945 while spending the day in Baguio with the family, and it turned out to be the perfect place to stop for lunch. One of those places that reminds you why the saying “never judge a book by its cover” exists.

From the outside, it looks modest. Step inside and it’s a completely different story. Warm, welcoming, and full of character. The interior is beautifully done, with art throughout and a striking Spanish bullfighting mural that sets the tone straight away.

Craft 1945 is well known for its impressive range of craft beers, but the food deserves just as much attention. Strong Spanish influences run through the menu, and everything we had was well prepared and full of flavour. Add to that a solid selection of quality coffee, and you have a place that works just as well for lunch as it does for dinner.

A real hidden gem in Baguio. Comfortable, honest, and well worth a visit.

P.S. Going up, make sure you’ve got proper grip on your shoes and car rubbers. .
