I had to write a review as myself, my two daughters and our little dog, had the most incredible two night stay! Special thanks to Ceri, Jackie and Paul for your kindness, fantastic service and for really going above and beyond. Every member of staff we met were exceptional, delicious cosmo cocktail from the bar, room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Food was amazing! Thank you Chef! Breakfast, the best we've had and evening food so delicious too. We will be sure to book directly with you next time, rather than through hotels.com (due to a slight communication issue about dog friendly room that Ceri attentively corrected and more than made up for).
We would love to return and bring my husband along too next time.

I Attended my brother's wedding here a few days ago the hotel is an amazing building with heaps of charm set in tranquil, stunning surroundings with fantastic views & was tastefully decorated for Christmas.

Compliments to the chefs the food was delicious.

All of the staff were fantastic, A special mention to the very Beautiful Hannah, she was there from start to finish which is a very long day when keeping a wedding on track, the day went smoothly with not one hiccup.

What a beautiful venue.
The staff didn't stop.
They were amazing with everything we asked for,
The events managers, we're fantastic.
Their service was efficient, polite,
The food was amazing.
Only one issue, when serving the curry sauce, please have little ramekins in place.

The only other issue was I was on third floor.
Disability is hard enough, but the lift was broken from q1st floor to third floor.
Please be mindful of this, when allocation of rooms.

I give this place 100% with professional services.

You made the wedding stress free in all aspects of the event, and I thank you for giving my daughter and her husband a memorable day,
