I and 5 others had an evening meal to celebrate my 70th birthday.
All the staff were friendly while remaining professional, nothing was too much trouble.
We all agreed, the food was faultless, good portions and reasonably priced.
There were too many 'nice touches' to mention. A great experience, one i will definitely be repeating and one that i highly recommend.

Had to give this place 5 stars. The room alone was the gem of this place. Clean, spacious, it honestly was comforting being in it. Loved the bits they had for us in the room except there was a lone hair on the kettle. Main complaint would be the alarm in the room went off twice (no smoke amywhere and tbh I'm not sure it's a smoke detector or something else) and it was VERY loud.

I can’t rate the Bird in Hand highly enough. The accomodation was great value for money and was spotlessly clean. We had dinner in the pub too and it was the best food we’ve had in ages. I had the wild mushroom arancini and my husband had the turkey and ham pie. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly also and it is in a beautiful location which is central to visiting different areas of the Cotswolds.
