    The lights are pretty. The pathway for pedestrians is like rubberized.
    Parking for cars are free.

    I visited the tourism center when the staff were busy in a seminar, so I did not get to interact or get to ask questions about Balanga City or surrounding areas in Bataan. The facility does have some displays of the times of WWII and information. The garden area, which one can walk around, is pleasant and green.
