My wife and I went to Hearts and Hands Massage, a massage shop in Island Central Mactan, for a foot massage. The masseuse was blind, and the rest of the customers were locals. It was a very good massage. The shop seems to be popular with young women and families. Is it normal in the Philippines for teenage boys and girls to visit massage parlors with their parents? A 30-minute foot massage costs 125 Philippine pesos per person.
