Disappointed with my experience today. Jollibee did not open on time as scheduled, and there was no announcement or explanation given to customers waiting outside. Many of us were already there early, expecting the store to follow its posted opening hours. I hope management can improve coordination and communication so customers’ time is respected.

Just this afternoon I went to jollibee santiago bayan branch. I ordered take out. Since I'm in a hurry that time I never had the chance to check my order. When I reached home I found out that my order is not complete. Very disappointed!!!
