The staff are super friendly and welcoming!
I loved how our hostess also explained where the bathrooms were when we got to our table! Only thing that can be confusing, is when you are leaving the bathroom, I found myself and my party were all getting a bit of tunnel vision (as we all almost walked into the opposing gender bathroom as it's a darker hallway, so just be careful 😅)
The waitress was super friendly and accommodating! Awesome service and got to even celebrate a birthday!
I really appreciate the fact that the music wasn't too loud and the atmosphere itself wasn't too loud, so we could hear each other clearly with no problems. (I am hearing impaired with hearing amplifiers) The lights are also dimmed but not too much.
Overall it was a great evening at The KEG! Would definitely visit again!

My family and I had an exceptional dining experience at The Keg Sherwood Park.
Taylor, our hostess, was welcoming and friendly, and she took the time to inform us about the feature menu upon arrival. We were promptly seated and greeted by our server, Kate, who provided thorough and knowledgeable explanations of both the food and drink menus. Throughout the evening, Kate was attentive, personable, and ensured that all of our needs were met. Her level of service truly stood out and made our visit memorable.
We would highly recommend this location based on the outstanding hospitality alone!!

We had a very rough week with a horrendous accident and a death. We took the opportunity to use our gift certificate to enjoy dinner out so we didn't have to cook. Nobody knew anything about our situation, but it felt like we were treated with kid gloves. So that makes me think that this is how the staff treats everybody, with special care. A special mention to Jody, who was extremely wonderful, caring, kind, and considerate. She made us feel at home. Thank you so much for everything. !
