Service is somehow fine. But the worst is the water supply. Two different nights and they can't fix the water. They gave us a heads up that it will be fixed, but guess what?
And the breakfast has limited option then you need to walk outside to the 2nd floor and they will serve your order.
That's what I've experienced in 4 days and 4 nights.

1. Function Hall has a musty smell doesn't look like its being maintained properly there were also cockroaches when we went to check out the room.
2. Proposal for the eveny was never sent after our downpayment they said they will send it but it was never sent, we followed yp multiple times.
3. During the event – We had to ask multiple times if the airconditioning is on because all of the guest is getting hot, after 4th complain they have checked the 2 ACs and it was off however they only turned on 1 AC the other one was still off so still a bit hot.
4. Poor service during the buffet – We had our lechon delivered at 930 for our event a 12pm.. however when the lunch started they said the lechon was still being chop?? like 3hrs for chopping?
5. Refill for the food on the buffet was not proactivaley being change you have to ask them for refill.
Thank you for their manager – Etrjc who was very accomodating and even waived some of corkages though I hope they improve their service as people paid and prepared for such as special event(It was my parent's 50th wedding anniversary in our case.)
