This restaurant was recently renovated and is now operational. As the name implies, this is the highest location inside Tagaytay Highlands. It's sad that they had removed the cable car system that ferried people between here and the Golf Clubhouse.
There's a walkway that goes all the way around the restaurant giving you a 360° view of the vicinity and the view is spectacular. You can see Taal Lake and Volcano, and you also have a bird's eye view of the golf course and Clubhouse. Since there are no other structures nearby, It's usually very windy here.
The menu has changed as well, this is like an extension of the Highlands Steakhouse, although the menu is not as extensive.

This is one of the best place to celebrate special events, view, the place.. great scenery we only did appetizers as we wanted to go at the main steakhouse restauran. Even if its just apps, it was already good
