Customer Service is top notch!!!!
We stumbled upon this restaurant today after visiting Tagum for its big Christmas Tree display. First impression: the place was very very merry. Staff were all dressed professional and they were very attentive. Got a good place to sit on so we got a really good view of the decorations. The food we ordered were very good and priced really cheap compared to most of the shops we went to. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying, but what made us very happy was when our child accidentally dropped one of the glasses and it shattered. We asked the staff to add our payment for the glass to our bill, but they refused, saying that it was an accident made by a kid anyway. We were so impressed by their excellent service, so of course we didn't hesitate to leave a tip. We recommend this store not only because of the food, the vibe, but for the excellent customer service. Thank you Hugo Bistro! We will definitely visit again!

Everything was great in this restaurant, but the menu is slim and may need more signature dishes that label and define this resto. I only saw Hugo Bistro Salad as the only sig dish in the menu. But nevertheless, I enjoyed the food a lot.
