We always love the chicken at KFC. We came by late at night almost closing time but we were still served. They ran out of the spicy chicken. Service was slow but food was still good.

I dropped by this KFC branch recently and, honestly, the experience was pretty depressing. I was the only customer inside at the time, yet the service was surprisingly slow. It makes you wonder what’s taking so long when there isn't even a line.
The contrast is wild because the McDonald’s right across the street was packed, and after stepping inside here, I can see why. The whole place feels outdated and, frankly, filthy. The dining area didn't feel clean, and the restrooms were even worse.
To top it off, the staff seemed like they really didn't want to be there. There was zero energy or enthusiasm, which just added to the gloomy vibe of the place. It’s a shame because I usually love KFC, but this specific branch really needs a deep clean and a major management refresh.

The Gravy is like water tasteless and super watery like as in water not even thick. The famous Bowl there is 2pc of very small chicken. Now i am not coming back to KFC anymore if this is now the quality of good here. This is my favorite fast food ever but even the service is not fast food anymore. Waited almost 30 mins for my order.
