Pros.
1. The owner ( or manager) is very attentive and helpful.
2. Reasonable price.
3. Bed is very good quality.
4. Executive room that we stayed in has sofas, table, chairs, big mirrors, air conditioner and hot shower etc..
5. Serves breakfast ( not for fan rooms)
6. Beautiful garden.
7. Employees are friendly.
8. Free water ( water purifier)
Cons.
1. Low water pressure
2. Cannot control temperature of water so had to use bucket for shower.
3. Serves instant coffee

Very satisfying stay base on the cheap price with free breakfast. Before it was near the airport main entrance 350 meters away (4-5 mins walk), but the airport build new one around 2.8 kilometers away. Still one ride with the tricycle one of the local transport in the area will cost the tourist 50 pesos. You can ask the reception to arrange your transport going to airport.

All basic needs included in executive option
They can store your bags for several days if you go to El Nido etc.
Great value for money!
Unfortunately not reachable by foot from the airport anymore.
Included breakfast is tiny so don't rely on it.
