We love going to Davao Wines for special occasions or that once-in-a-blue-moon night out with friends. We highly recommend their grilled brie, vodka rigatoni, and steak (medium rare) paired with red wine. Get their chocolate cake for dessert as well, it’s a must try! They have a wide selection of wines to choose from, perfect for wine lovers like me. Excellent customer service, as expected from a premium restaurant. Well recommended place

Davao Wines has a lovely ambience, made even better by their cheerful yet classy Christmas decor. We really enjoyed our dining experience. It’s great for family gatherings. We tried the salads, porkchop tomahawk, and pastas, all of which were good. The pizza took a bit longer to serve, though. They also offer Yardstick coffee, but it didn’t taste quite the same as the one in Manila. Overall, still one of the more decent and enjoyable places to dine in Davao.

🍴 Food: Complimentary bread (two kinds) was soft, fluffy, and surprisingly filling. For starters, we had beef salpicao, flavor was impeccable, though the beef could’ve been more tender. For mains, the Chicken Au Poivre and Roasted Beef were both generous in serving and absolutely delicious, paired perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes. The Truffle pasta (made pork-free upon request) was just okay, but still appreciated the adjustment. Drinks were Tropical Bubble mocktails, refreshing but nothing special, a bit like watered-down Gina Mango Juice. Still, for a wine-specialty resto, Davao Wines serves some of the best food in town. Pricey, but worth it. Compared to other restos in the city with similar prices, Davao Wines is by far the one where you truly get what you pay for.

🏠 Ambience: Visited at 4 PM, nice in the daytime, but the vibe really shines at night with dimmed lights and a European wine-bar feel. Cozy setup and comfy chairs added to the resto’s charm.

👩‍🍳 Service: Excellent. Staff were patient while we waited for friends, didn’t pressure us to order right away, and gladly modified dishes/drinks for us. They were also quick to serve, attentive, and even helped us take group photos.

✨ Overall: Loved this place! Great food, excellent service, and a perfect dinner spot with friends. Will definitely be back ❤️
