Great place to live!! Beautiful apartments at a great location. Quiet, safe, and has friendly staff and neighbors. Heather the property manager is awesome, she is so nice and helpful. When you need something they get on it quickly. They also have fun events and leave little treats and surprises at your door. Highly recommend!!!

A wonderful place to live for anyone working downtown. It’s super convenient to be able to walk to most essential errands, I was able to live here for about 9 months without a car. Management is very communicative and exceeds expectations. With the building being newer, all appliances and facilities work and look great. Downtown noise (and trains) are a small price to pay for all the upsides to this lovely apartment building. Been here a little over a year now and I love it! My first apartment and I couldn’t be happier.

I can’t say enough about 1st Ave Flats. I have lived here for a year and have not been disappointed at all. Heather the manager is so friendly and knows you by name. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. This is a great location to live. My one-bedroom apartment is beautiful. The maintenance staff have been so good to fix things in the apartment right away when needed and make sure the building is clean. It is a safe place to live as I tell all my friends. I am so impressed with the size of the bathroom for mobility if you needed a walker or wheelchair. The washers and dryers are on each floor. The best part of living at 1st Ave Flats is I can call this my home.
