    Amazing Location and Amazing Staff!!!

    I had a great experience while staying at this hotel. I was visiting in Monterrey for five nights to attend a wedding and I found this hotel with a great location close to everything and in safe area. It is located close to a mall with restaurants and stores all by walking distance.

    The room despite being small, it has a great distribution. Unfortunately, in your case, we didn’t have a great view because we were located in the second floor, but I’m pretty sure some rooms in the upper floors can have an amazing view of the mountains.

    The staff from the hotel is overwhelmingly nice. Especially the cleaning ladies.

    This hotel Has a gym that is decent on size and has enough equipment to do a proper workout. And the view from the gym, it’s breathtaking.

    Lastly, I found the prices to be very competitive concealing that is located in one of the most expensive Neighbourhood in Monterrey.

    Beautiful San Pedro, this is right next to some great restaurants! Don Arturo's and Veraculos are highly recommended. At the AC, fresh made coffee and fruit infused water at the front desk are a nice touch. Great showers!

    The waiter and bartender were awesome!
    The ladies at the front desk were rude. They were hospitable to a select few guests.

    As a long time SPG Platinum member, it was unfortunate to experience this.
