Acacia Hotel is truly one of the best hotels. The view is beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. The buffet food was perfectly tasty and well-prepared, with a great variety to enjoy.

The service and hospitality of the staff were exceptional—they gave my parents a very warm welcome and they are always helpful and kind. I booked the a room through Agoda and my Parents celebrate their wedding Anniversary , and since it was their first experience, the staff made sure everything went smoothly and special for us.

The complimentary cake, basic decoration, and the flowers that I ordered were all totally beautiful and well-prepared. The reception team and reservation staff truly did their best for us, and I sincerely appreciate all their efforts.

The room was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to mention Tomoko Spa, which provided excellent service with professional and relaxing staff.

I would surely recommend Acacia Hotel to anyone looking for great service, delicious food, and a memorable stay. I might be far from my parents but ACACIA TEAM make everything happen ..

The rooms were clean, neat, and very comfortable, which made resting at the end of the day easy. The buffet had plenty of choices and felt well prepared, never rushed. The location worked well because shopping and dining spots were close enough to reach on foot, which helps a lot since traffic around the area can get heavy.

We stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for one night before my fun run, and overall, it was a great experience.

Check-in took a bit longer than expected because many guests were arriving at the same time, but it was understandable. Still, I hope the hotel can improve the check-in flow during busy periods.

Our room was very spacious, even with an extra bed added, there was plenty of space. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and there was no unpleasant smell. We also loved the beautiful view from our window. The bathroom was large as well, though we experienced some water leaking outside the shower area and a bit of leakage from the sink. It’s manageable for a short stay, but it may be a concern for guests staying longer or those with kids or elderly companions. Hopefully, this can be improved.

What truly stood out were the staff, very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also amazing with great variety. The location is convenient and adds to the overall experience.

Despite the minor issues, we would definitely come back because of the excellent service and comfort.
