I had left countless messages for various contractors for my home Audio needs, even went to Reddit to ask for help- no one would call me back…Except Terry. He called back, we had a great chat and he was able to swing by quickly to scope the job with Jeremy.

We had several wood working and framing situations that we needed to ad-hoc and Jeremy didn’t bat an eyelash to help and go above and beyond what was expected of him. He even did some trim for me and brought a personal tool of his to help me out.

We purchased a new home in Provincetown, MA and our indoor and outdoor audio experience desperately needed an upgrade. Our neighbor recommended Terry from Advanced Audio and Video to me. We are forever indebted to our neighbor for that recommendation.

Terry reviewed the current system which included 10 music zones throughout the inside and outside of our home. We decided to go with a Sonos system. Terry and his associate Jeremy got to work and boy did they do an amazing job. A shout out to Jeremy who went beyond the call of duty a few times to make sure we were happy.

In all of my years of working with vendors I don’t think that I have ever met a more trustworthy, knowledgable and fair person than Terry. Terry will work with your budget and devise the optimal plan for your situation. He will not try to upsell at all. He clearly looks to earn the trust of his clients.
