Raymond was a great driver, it was a great experience. He communicated well before pick up and gave me all the info I needed. Thank you!
Note that my first trip with a different driver was not as smooth, there was no communication, I had to call to get an update 5 mins before my scheduled pick up time and my pick up was 20 mins past my scheduled time. The driver was fine so my complaint isn't with him, but with dispatch.

My Airport shuttle was perfect. Raymond, my driver had excellent communication. Contacting me before the pickup and when he was at the designated location. He was also very honest as he contacted me due to me leaving my debit card in his car. As instructed he cut up the card and discarded it and sent me a photo of the cut up card. Very thorough. Thanks Raymond!

DO NOT BOOK!!! These people are a sham!! They sent an SUV with NO AC to our home when it was 100 degrees outside. Driver did not help with moving seats aroudn to load the 8 pieces of luggage for all 4 of us. We had to climb in the back to stack things, as the driver didn't know how to manuver the 3rd row. After out trip, UBER showed up for us. This comany called impersonating me to make a reservation (and save them some money). But thye didn't tell uber how many of us were there and how much luggage we had. It was a nightmare to fit us all in. STAY AWAY!!! NO comunication from them. I emailed, called…nothing. They took my money and ran.
