Let me start by being honest.. I wasn’t in the best mood when I arrived to check in. After a long day of traveling, I was tired and just ready to get settled. Despite that, I was greeted by the nicest person named Marlana, and her kindness immediately stood out.
Even though I know I may have come across short or rushed, she never once reflected that energy back. Instead, she remained genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. She made me feel like a person, not just another guest passing through and that kind of care is rare these days. Walking into an establishment and feeling seen rather than treated like a number truly makes a difference.
Marlana alone is reason enough for me to return with my family. I sincerely hope she stays there forever because she represents the very best of customer service. On top of that, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even better.

I travel a lot! This hotel is being updated and rooms are great! I only gave a 3 star because the room was so hot. 🥵 it was awful. Ac wasn’t working it was miserable. Not sure we would stay at this location again. Service was great. Common areas have been updated and beautiful. Room was clean and had everything we needed but the room was so hot. Water shut off at 10 in the morning with a checkout at noon we were disappointed we didint get to enjoy the hotel and have running water

I checked into the Marriott around 7 PM and immediately noticed that a large event was taking place in the lobby. My room was on the seventh floor, but the noise from guests drinking and gathering carried throughout the evening, which was especially inconvenient after an 11-hour drive.

Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no microwaves in the guest rooms, requiring guests to go down to the lobby if they need to heat food. The hotel is also undergoing renovations, and as a result, the room-service phone line was disconnected. I was instructed to come downstairs to place an order in person.

After placing my order, I planned to return to my room, shower, and wait for my food. However, the food and beverage supervisor informed me that the team was too busy to deliver meals, due to the event. While I understand that events can increase demand, the hotel should ensure adequate staffing so that regular guests are not inconvenienced.

I will say that the guest services staff were nice. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Overall, this stay was quite disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again
