Had a fantastic stay!! It was my first time in Singapore & will definitely be staying here again when I come back! Beautiful hotel, best hotel breakfast experience I’ve ever had, super nice staff (especially Bernadette!!) with an awesome pool and great roof top bar with tiki drinks. The location is super central, close to the MRT & a mall/lots of restaurants. 5 stars!

Struggling to understand some of the lower reviews as I’ve had the pleasure of staying here twice recently.
The staff were prompt and professional. The rooms, as shown, boasted a great view and lovely facilities. Luxurious and hygienic with the necessary toiletries.
The pool was small but not crowded. It was clean and well stocked with towels and infused water on hand for hydration.
The breakfast buffet was decent with varied options- the Teh Tahrik (pulled tea) was especially delicious.
Duo Galleria (adjacent to the hotel) has many food options and Bugis MRT is accessible via B3 of the hotel.

Had an excellent stay at Andaz this past week. Rooms are good, bathroom and overall spacing are excellent. Only a narrow couch for a third guest though. Buffet and service were good as well. Location is great, it’s a quick walk to the Bugis MRT and Arab Street.
