After a terrible experience at my last apartment complex, it has been such a relief to live at Arcadia Lofts for the last year and a half. The staff are communicative and helpful, and even when there is an issue or miscommunication, they work hard to rectify it and keep you updated. The complex is quiet and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants, as well as the highway, so getting around is easy. In the one-bedroom apartments, you get laundry in-unit and stainless steel appliances that are good quality. It's hard to find a clean, updated apartment with excellent management for prices like these, especially in this area. I highly recommend living here and can't speak highly enough of my experience.

The front office staff is so kind! Any maintenance request that I've filed is taken care of the same day. They have landscapers come every Monday, leaving it looking flawless. Every morning I see the maintenance man picking up any trash on the property. On top of that, my apartment is BEAUTIFULLY renovated, and very large. I get compliments by everyone that has seen my new home. I'm so happy with my new move! Thank you, Affinity!!!

Lived here for 2 years. Sep 2019 – Sep 2021. Saw it go through an ownership change for the better.
The property is old-ish but very spacious. And the location is fantastic.
I've been renting apartments for 15 years now, and the biggest difference is really the management. Despite all of the small problems that comes with any apartment, Ryan's a fantastic manager and always works to find a solution.
As long as Ryan's managing this property, I would suggest living here if it makes sense for you!
