My cousin and her coworkers surprised me with this experience for my birthday, and it was the most magical time! 🙂 We really appreciated Kadir for his enthusiasm in welcoming us / getting to know us, as well as his balance between wanting to instruct us clearly and giving us space to work on our mosaic lamps independently. Dakota was so sweet in periodically checking in on us as well, and she even offered to personally bring us tea / treats when we were too occupied with our glueing to get up LOL it was also so touching when my cousin / friends started singing Happy Birthday to me at the end and Kadir rushed in from the other room so he could join too haha! Loved coming here and will certainly be back in the future when I am visiting my family in SF again.

I had an incredible time tufting, it was a surprise birthday gift. Our instructor Kadir was amazing, he even offered us Turkish tea and coffee. We had the best afternoon!

Our instructor Keith was extremely informative, charming, and talented! He welcomed us in at the door and set our night of lamp making promptly. Keith also provided several recommendations on styles and methods on how to proceed with such a big project which definitely helped. Keith was very attentive towards our needs and was always a call away even if he was assisting other tables with their projects. We ended up mostly finishing our lamps and Keith even offered to help us add the finishing touches n beads. Would highly recommend booking any of the courses offered at this workshop but especially the lamp class if you would like a very useful item after your 2.5-3 hour class.
