A very pleasant surprise of a little shop — the handicrafts are beautiful, and the shop owner even gave us a discount. They look great as home decorations.

Great art shop in Puerto Princesa. They sell colourful artwork from the island and the kind gentleman who was working there took the time to teach me more about the art and the process of making it. You should definately have a look when you're in the city and are looking for a little piece of Palawan to take home with you.

Asiano Arts and Crafts is very particular point of interest in Puerto Princesa. From a distance, you can see the authenticity of the crafts. Here, artists proves their best in creativity and local Filipino culture. Everything is a small masterpiece filled with Heart and devotion for Art. I was amazed to find that all the decorations and the handcrafted design I met in The Funny Lion hotel, were amazingly created by these people, such a great Filipino talent and genuine Design. As an architect, I use to have a wide spectrum and a large perspective to distinguish the Suthenticity of the Art versus an surrogate. This is a great local Palawan landmark in the Philippines. Congratulations for everything you are doing and keep going on !
