This is an odd review, because we never ended up using the company, however, would have absolutely LOVED working with them if we could. They were extremely responsive in the initial stages of determining a quote and were most willing to work with us on pricing due to unexpected additional costs our venue was applying to use an outside vendor (which was the unfortunate reason why we couldn't end up using them). Audio Visual Services provided detailed information of exact equipment and labor provided and even noticed items we had overlooked in our initial request. Highly recommend anyone one looking for a an A/V Company for an event to consider them! Extremely professional, fair pricing, timely communications, and friendly staff.
