Highly recommend! I reached out to AV Rental Services with a 1 week notice for a full AV package needed for an event venue and the service was fantastic. Bruce was able to walk us through everything that would be needed for our program and confirmed their availability within a few hours. They attended a walkthrough of the space 2 days later to help with the presentation design and their team was the smoothest part of all the areas needed to cover on event day. We received multiple compliments about the appearance of the setup in what was a bare event space and the technician on site helped with multiple last minute changes to ensure a successful event.

The assessment of the project was absolutely phenomenal! You can really feel their professionalism shining through every step of the way. The setup was a breeze and went off without a hitch. And when it was time to tear down, they left the area spotless, as if they had never been there! I can't recommend this company enough for any of your needs. Oh, and just so you know, we had them set up a stage on a boat, the world famous Moshuli– and it was an incredible experience!

We had an emergency weekend need for 18 lav mics for our beltpacks and a few laptops. Bruce/AVR was one of the only people to respond on a Saturday! He had the gear and kept me informed through the whole process – right up to Sunday morning delivery. He was patient, calm and thorough. Thanks for a great experience!
