Great experience with Aveon. Our home Control 4 system was installed 9 years ago by an out of town Control 4 dealer who stopped responding to my service requests, so I realized we needed someone local in Houston to take over our account. After talking to Eric at Aveon, I realized Aveon was the knowledgeable and resourceful dealer we needed to take over our account. Eric and his team came to our house and spent the time necessary to learn our configuration and make useful and efficient recommendations for upgrades. Aveon’s installation team – Ramiro and Pedro – completely rebuilt my equipment rack, which is now a work of art with neatly organized wiring, labeled components, and on wheels for easy access in the future; compared to the tangle of wires and components installed by the old dealer. Taylor spent the hours necessary to make sure everything was working the way it should. They even took the time to bring out their Lutron lighting guru – Dick – to troubleshoot some suspected lighting issues I was having, and accurately determined the cause was not an expensive Lutron module but was instead an inexpensive transformer in the light fixture itself. Throughout the process, Eric and the Aveon team have been responsive and helpful. A first class outfit, and we highly recommend them.

The best service! Sat with me and explained in thorough detail all that went into our home AV installation and application. They respond very quickly if I have an issue and I always feel like I am a priority. Issues get resolved quickly and they are so nice. We have worked with Eric and Taylor and they are both very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Highly recommend!
