As a local tourist, I appreciate seeing such aesthetically pleasing government buildings with park spaces. Our tour operator brought us here to start our tour of Bacolod to take photos with the marker. We noticed several runners exercising early in the morning. It seems to be a good place to relax and exercise.
I hope there will be more green spaces in Bacolod in the future.

The area is spacious, clean, and well-maintained — a great venue for public events.
The architecture is impressive, the large front lawn and fountain area make it a popular spot for photos, jogs, or casual strolls, especially in the early morning or late afternoon.
During my visit, the place had a lively and energetic atmosphere because of the marathon, but even on regular days, people say it’s a place to hang out or unwind.
Some say it could use more shade or seating in the open areas, but overall, it’s a proud landmark of Bacolod.

Students usually visited this place to unwind and be relieved from stress.
I myself together with my friends went here almost every afternoon to jog and to chat.
It is good to be here during night time because of the impressive light displays that is paired with the fountain. Though grandiose at night, and so in the morning. When the morning twilight breaks a lot of people jog and walk here.
The area developed throughout the years to boost tourism thus a lot of services and stores are available around.
