Bacolod City Public Plaza boasts a unique charm that sets it apart, making it one of the, if not the, most captivating public plaza I've been. Its lush greenery, beautifully framed by the black-and-white checkered tiles, creates a visually striking landscape. The centerpiece of the plaza, the iconic bandstand, adds an undeniable allure.

Upon closer inspection, the bandstand reveals an intriguing detail: the names of several renowned composers adorn its structure, adding a touch of musical elegance.

When exploring Bacolod, this remarkable plaza and its captivating bandstand are an absolute must-visit.

This park is one of the best parks I've ever visited in Bacolod, even in the Philippines. It is greatly maintained and public works keep cleaning it. It is a crowded place and is a great place to hang out with friends. There are several chess players here that might be gambling though. During fiestas and significant events in the city, at nights there are small stalls that are established here like food stalls, souvenir shops, etc. It holds other concerts too. A place fit to be called a park.
