I talked to EJ on the phone today, (Saturday) hung up the phone and drove 2 hours because of his knowledge for the hopes of getting a new ball. He directed me straight to my style. Fitted me, drilled the ball to fix my thumb nerve damage. Fit like a glove. No Pain & No need for going back for adjustments
