I was pleasantly surprised by this diamond in the ruff. It was clean, smelled wonderful and the beds were large (a king I think!). You can buy hot food downstairs. The staff was nice, came to walk us inside with umbrellas when it was raining and fixed any problem right away (TV not working with four little ones!!). We had to drive through the crazy market to get to and from, but it all added seasoning to our Philippines trip. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Generally in between average to standard hotel, spacious rooms, toilet with balcony worth the price to stay which is also within the city proper and near the Quezon Provincial Capitol.
Hoping that the water heater can be warmer. Recommended for short to weeklong stay solo, couple and family size.

Clean budget friendly hotel, staff if polite, rooms are decent size and clean, hot water shower, air-conditioning works excellent. Unfortunately very congested, traffic heavy location but it's quiet in the hotel.
