The Batangas Provincial Capitol Building is a two-story government office structure that is located in Brgy. Kumintang Ibaba, Batangas City, Philippines. It is influenced by the design of the Neoclassical architectural style which was designed by the American architect William E. Parsons.

The construction began in 1926 and was completed in 1928 under the late Governor Modesto Castillo during World War II. It was reconstructed in 1946, yet was destroyed by a bomb explosion in 1950, so it was reconstructed again in the same year by the Governor Feliciano P. Leviste.

This structure is proven that it is inspired by the Neoclassical period for it's similar characteristics like symmetrical façade and design, Ionic columns supporting the portico, semircular arched windows and doors, and Ornate balconies with intricate details which is considered as a paladian style in the Neoclassical architecture style.
