What a surprise – came in for beer and a few appetisers to find they’ve added a sushi bar. We had four outstanding rolls at the bar thanks to the super friendly and helpful sushi chef that had just started. He made our evening. Beer was good too.

Love the classic bar/distillery look. Great beers and spirits. For my wife, they have a Tom Collins on the menu. Not many bars have that drink on the menu, let alone can make it correctly.

Highly recommend doing the tour. You get a ton for your $25 ticket… free pint, discount on alcohol, tastings and a really fun time. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable too and she was able to answer all our questions. As someone who's been on several brewery and distillery tours, this one didn't disappoint.

Oh, and the product they produce is fantastic as well!
