We had the pleasure of using Broward Catering as our food vendor for our May wedding last year at Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva. Elvis was super cool and accommodating. We got to experience his own wedding venue for the day of the tasting and quite frankly I regret not being able to book my wedding there initially but we had booked our venue way before he even had it open. Needless to say we chose a lemon piccata and sweet chili glazed salmon as our entree paired with garlic mash and vegetable medley. Everyone was satisfied and we also used his services for our walk around apps for cocktail hour. My guests til this day talk about the meatballs. Although communication wasn’t there always due to his high demand, he was the least stressful part of my wedding planning and in the end myself, my husband and the entire wedding was truly enjoying the food! And we had so much of it too! The quality was there! Thank you so much!

Broward Catering meals are fresh, fulfilling yet light, and seasoned to perfection! Elvis, the owner who also coordinated my mother Trudy Levros amazing Celebration of Life event, meticulously went through the menu with me. As he asked questions about my mother and our background he quickly learned we are Haitian-Bahamian. He recommended the Haitian-Caribbean menu to me. Just as I requested for her event, Broward Catering provided five-star plates 3-course meal. Sometimes fancy Caribbean food misses the mark, but Broward Catering’s chefs are spot on the money; everything perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had Haitian mommies and daddies at the event and they were chowing down on seconds! I don’t have the professional photos yet from the photographer. I think about the party every day and keep getting calls from the family saying how amazing the party was. Can’t thank Elvis and Broward Catering enough🙏🏾. They also provide servers who are extremely professional and swift. It’s everything I know my mother could ever ask for💜🤍💜🤍🤯

From the moment we began planning for our children’s First Communion we had the pleasure to find Lavan Venue and the incredible people that work in unison to make not only the event but the whole planning experience easy and seamless. We originally met Elvis through Broward Catering when looking for food services for our event.

Elvis offered comprehensive details about what we would need and patiently walked us through every step of the planning and services we would need to make our event memorable. We contacted Elvis at Broward Catering from the incredible recommendations expressed by our friends who had tasted his work. Our children were active participants in the selection of menu items.

The selected cuisine was Haitian black rice, chicken, salmon, and macaroni and cheese. Even our son and his usual pickiness was delighted and cleared every item on his plate. The honest and down to earth qualities reflected by Elvis add to the event planning process an easy and enjoyable. During the selection I was unsure if a fruit bar would be doable but on the day of the event Elvis surprised us with a beautiful fruit table arrangement with our children’s names embedded within the design. It was the many special details Elvis included that make Lavan Venue a unique and professional experience above and beyond any event venue I have seen in the past.

We were blown away by the beautiful sparkle during the performance and his offering our guests valet parking despite it not being included in our selected package. We would definitely recommend Broward catering and Lavan venue for any event. It was phenomenal!
