We spent 2 days exploring Calle Crisologo, and it remains a highlight of our Vigan trip. My family absolutely loved walking through the streets; the cobblestones and old brick houses truly make you feel like you’ve been transported back to the Spanish colonial era. Seeing the kalesas move around adds a wonderful, authentic touch to the atmosphere.
However, we did notice that the high number of vendors and stalls can sometimes overshadow the architectural beauty of the street. Only a few blocks seem to have maintained that pristine, old-world look without too much clutter.
Pro-tip for drivers: Parking can be a challenge, but if you're patient, you can usually find a spot around the corners of the parallel streets. Despite the crowds, we still love this place and its unique charm!

A cool place to walk around—old houses, cobblestone streets, and tons of spots to take photos. It gets crowded, but that’s part of the charm. There are souvenir shops, snacks, and carriages passing by, so there’s always something going on. If you’re in Vigan, you’ll definitely want to drop by. It’s simple, chill, and a nice place to experience a bit of history without trying too hard.

This place is so dreamy! I will never get tired of visiting Calle Crisologo. There are some renovations ongoing which is a good thing. I hope they also develop the adjacent streets so that people will not be cramped in just one street. A tour is also nice if only available for all tourists. Never let the history for granted.
