    Stayed here for a “staycation” weekend and had a nice time. The rooms are pretty standard and small but everything is redone / new (especially the bathrooms). The room also has a nice patio. Everything was very intentionally done and clear to use (I.e. the board outlining all the amenities).

    The overall grounds are really nice with a pool, coffee shop, and a place to eat. We loved the plant aesthetic!

    The service was great too and when we told them about a small issue in our room, they not only corrected it quickly but also comped a night of parking.

    Would stay here again, plus the location is great!

    I want to take a moment to recognize Sailor at The Carpenter Hotel. I had a situation during my stay, and she took incredibly good care of me. Not only did she fix the issue, she truly went above and beyond.

    What stood out the most was how she listened. She made me feel genuinely heard and seen, and instead of just offering an apology, she provided a real solution with kindness and care. That level of attention and humanity makes all the difference when you’re a guest.

    I truly appreciate her support and the way she handled everything. Experiences like this are what make a hotel memorable. Thank you, Sailor.
