Great cover selection, though their humidor isn’t the best. Great seating area and staff is very friendly.
The ventilation is good, which is key for any cigar lounge.

Greta place. The seating area is large with tvs and tables have comfortable leather chairs. There’s also another area with couches and a tv. Outside is a relaxed area with several patio chairs. Staff provides ashtrays and cushions for you and helps set you up. They also know their cigars. The only times they haven’t been able to help me is if a company came out with a new cigar and they haven’t tried it yet. It seems like they always know which boxes to buy and bring to us. Can’t say that for every lounge around the Austin area. You’ll many times see the same cigars every time you go in.
I wish they had prices and descriptions on the cigars so I knew which I want to go big on that day on flavors or how I want to price a gift to someone. The humidor is set up nicely to attract all types of smokers. They have a good selection on lighters, ashtrays and humidors too. I prefer lounges with larger rooms so no one is stuck staring directly at each other. There’s a few in Austin where you’re forced to sit across strangers and sometimes you just need a quiet evening to relax in your own thoughts. Not Casa though. You have the space you need.

Nice cigar shop. Decent prices. Knowledgeable staff. Picked up a lighter, cutter, carry case and 5 cigars for about $100. Nice atmosphere. Very chill and laid back. Will be back soon.
