Michaels catered my families thanksgiving celebration this year. The food was delicious, it was a next level Thanksgiving dining experience. Shannon McGrath our event coordinator was a joy to work with handling all of the planning pre event and Rafi the on site coordinator handled everything on the day of. Rafi was very kind and personable not only interacting with myself but my entire family. We had all of the traditional fare that my mom used to make only better… much better. The staff was warm and friendly, they anticipated our needs and delivered on everything and then they gave us the space and privacy to enjoy an intimate family gathering. The tables were the wrong size for the table cloths, (my fault) they made the table beautiful anyway, we decided to handled the bar on our own and when we came up short on some bar utensils they helped out even though the bar was not their responsibility. I will look for excuses to use them again because they made me look good.

Every event is executed flawlessly. The food is consistently delicious, and the presentation is always beautiful and creative. The staff are truly a pleasure to work with they are highly professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful to our venue team and our clients.

Stacey and her team were absolutely incredible for my client's launch party event. She took my proposed custom menu for this Gothic vampire themed event and ran with it. From the time of booking to execution I knew I was in the best hands. The team helped take care of table/chair set-up, managed the food service and helped with end of the evening tear down. Everyone loved the gourmet spread and the vendor boxes were perfect for a quick but hearty bite to eat! Hope to work with them again.
