I have read that it started operating since 1998, a bit old but worth the price. Location is perfect, a restaurant on the ground floor. Parking space is fine, if there is no event. I believe the parking slot accomodates only 10 vehicles, but you can double park you vehicles. The room is noisy, you can hear the vehicles passing by during night time.

We booked a room here from Jan 15-21 for Sinulog Festival. The room itself was great, it feels clean, but there are small cockroaches. The bathroom was such a letdown. We were booked to 3 different room here and 2 of those room the heater were not working. There's no bidet as well and the bathroom is quite dirty. The staff are accomodating and friendly especially kuyang guard who always help us with the parking. The hotel is old since it was built in 1998 but some of the rooms and amenities were not maintained. It is also near to most of the establishments in Lahug
