I’ve had an excellent experience at NewYork-Presbyterian so far as I prepare for my upcoming surgery. The nurses and support team have been incredibly kind and attentive, and the CT scan staff treated me with genuine respect and care.
My surgeon, Dr. Nasrawi, takes the time to explain every step clearly and makes sure I fully understand the procedure and what to expect. His communication and attention to detail have given me so much confidence and peace of mind.
After a very difficult experience at another hospital, I truly appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and support I’ve received here—from the front desk to the nursing team to Dr. Nasrawi himself. I feel safe, heard, and well cared for.

On December 5th, 2025 I enjoy the service at the NY Presbyterian Medical Center. The registration process is on point and the security service makes sure every one is safe in the facility. The facility is very clean. The staff is awesome and always make you feel welcome and loved. Dr. Gregory Brown is an wonderful doctor. After every procedure their staff always call to follow-up on every patient and make sure you are well and if you have any questions. I would refer this center to all friends and family.
