Truly amazed of how huge and wide area is able to covers all your needs. Like a one stop shop were you can visit all local government departments in one compound.

Very nice. The people are helpful whenever you'll ask for a direction. The place is clean and wide. First thing you should do if you don't know where to go is to ask for the public assistance officer located in every gate of the building. They also have free wifi access for 1 hour every day and a EZ,GO and Giga wifi data for your data promos.

City Hall personnel have improved so much in their customer engagement and willingness to serve since the Duterte administration. I have been going back and forth to city hall for different transactions for the past year/s, so far I have pleasant experiences, civil servants were patient, courteous and accommodating. For some offices though, proper priority numbering may be helpful to avoid unnecessary standing on the line or breaking the queue.
