This is a cute Hotel.
Loved their customer service. They were very helpful and super nice.
One thing room was a little dusty but over all.sheets were clean and bed was absolutely perfect. Sadly my stay was on the days their kitchen was closed. I have nothing to report. If I am in GR again I absolutely stay there again.

Definitely a good place to stay in downtown Grand Rapids but it is a basic room. Reminds me of Ikea with trendy patchouli soaps. I had a good experience but my coworker was on the 5th floor in the main building and there was a shaking noise. They moved her to a different building and the lights were coming in and she could hear sirens all night. She and I had completely different experiences. Staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations. Also to note, there was not a refrigerator in my room. Bed was like a giant marshmallow.

Had a wonderful stay Saturday night at the Grand Rapids location. Service checking in was amazing. Very friendly staff and unique rooms. For the negative, which has nothing against the Hotel, is parking and fee's. Customers need to be made aware that current parking at the Monroe ramp behind the hotel is 24.00 for 8+ hours but will reset at 4am. So for overnight, it will charge you $48.00 and hotel does not validate or comp parking. This was disappointing to go down town Grand Rapids for an overnight stay and have to essentially pay the parking rate for 2 nights when only staying one. This will definitely be a decision maker if we ever decide to do it again.
