5 Star Family Getaway at The Cliffs Hotel – Highly Recommend!
We had an absolutely fantastic family weekend here with 12 of us – three generations enjoying quality time together. The hotel exceeded every expectation!
The food was outstanding: delicious lamb Henry in a rich red wine sauce, perfectly cooked barbecue chicken, indulgent treacle cake with creamy custard, and a proper hearty full English breakfast to start the day right. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and generously portioned.
The drinks selection was spot on too – a great range of beers (including some excellent real ales), plus lovely wines to pair with dinner.
Entertainment wise, the comedy shows were genuinely hilarious, and the live music was brilliant – kept everyone entertained without being overwhelming.
For the kids, the pool and playroom were a huge hit – they spent hours happily splashing and playing, giving the adults some well-deserved relaxation time.
What really stood out was the staff and service. The cleaning was impeccable (rooms spotless every day), the bars and restaurants ran like clockwork, and the team couldn't have been more friendly, attentive, or helpful. True amazing customer service from check-in to check-out.
The Cliffs Hotel is a truly wonderful place for a big family gathering – comfortable, fun, and brilliantly organised. We can't wait to come back. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special! Highly recommended. 😊

Just home after a fantastic weekend at the Cliffs Hotel. Food and staff are fantastic. Comfy beds and cosy rooms. No complaints at all, we cannot wait to come back.

I recently had a 3-night stay here. Great location in Blackpool with very friendly and professional staff. The evening meals were excellent. A choice of pastries would have been nice for people who don't eat a full English breakfast. The hotel was warm and comfortable but our room was looking a little bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Other than that we had a lovely stay and we will be returning.
