Amazing repair shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and always picks up the phone and shows you the work they do so you understand everything. Prices are very competitive on part and labor for San Diego. They did a great repairing my VW GTI. Trust them on any German car repair. I will definitely be going back to them and referring all my friends and family.

Ian and his team of highly capable technicians took fantastic care of my Subaru Forester. From the routine (brakes, battery and oil) to the unordinary (diagnosing and addressing a throttle body malfunction), they fixed it right the first time, and for a very affordable price. The shop was quite busy, but also very orderly. I received ample updates on the status of my repair, and a rundown of costs in parts/labor upon pickup. I will absolutely be taking my vehicles to Coastal Auto Repair moving forward!
