Located in a tourist part of San Juan, close to delicious food and entertainment bars. 10 minutes from La Placita and Viejo Old San Juan.
Hotel was very luxurious, and everyone who we encountered (like everyone on the island) was extremely friendly. Food was a little pricey, but that is to expect for a high end hotel. Rooms were good temperature and clean! Room service went above and beyond!

Highly recommend staying here! Has pools, hot tub, spa, dining options and a beautiful view. I appreciated the private beach area for guests and the adults only area with pool and hot tub.

Be aware: While it is beautiful and luxurious, at the end of your stay, you will be charged a hotel tariff (charged daily). We were not informed of this when we checked in, which I think the concierge should have been more honest about.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Service from Anthony at the Bar

I had an incredible experience at the Condado Vanderbilt thanks to Anthony. I asked for something fun and different, and he created a Luxo cherry lemon drop for me. It wasn’t even on the menu, and it was absolutely delicious.

Anthony was extremely knowledgeable about cocktails and flavors, and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. He was also very friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better.

If you’re visiting the Condado Vanderbilt, definitely look for Anthony at the bar.. You will be in great hands! 🍸✨

Spent many days here (9!) on a business trip and the staff was lovely. From the pool (Manuel!) to the valet (all great!) – it was an awesome experience. Rooms are a bit small but the view was incredible. Pablo at Tacos and Tequila was great and so was everyone else there. Wish I remembered more names. The gym is amazing – so much Technogym equipment. Spa was also nice. I did a mani pedi which was a good experience. My one complaint is that there are no full length mirrors in the room! I had to stand on the bathtub to see my outfits. Ola was great for breakfast. Need a larger menu for the pool area with more GF options in my opinion though. Great spot and I can’t wait to be back.
