Chef Bob with Coronado Catering is wonderful! He has incredible talent and dedication, he’s always on top of things and makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. One thing I really appreciate is that he handles cleanup too, which is such a huge help. His attention to detail and commitment to quality make every event a success!

Chef Bob Johnson put on one fantastic, top-rate catering performances of all time. My husband and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary and my [ahem] birthday with 70+ of our close friends. The food was unique, artfully presented, and absolutely fantastic. His clever mash potato martini station was a huge hit. His wait staff members were personable, friendly, professional, and attentive. His bartender was top notch, quick, efficient and friendly. And then the cake – OMG!!! Chocolate layers on chocolate layers. My friends were like piranha. They were scooping up the plates as fast as they were placed. He and his staff took Covid precautions and were very careful. I would highly recommend Bob for any catering job, whether casual, professional, or formal. This is the guy! I will definitely use him again.
