Nice Bali inspired hotel resort. As of posting they still have some renovations but not a big deal. Villa rooms are spacious and well thought. Service was good, staff are all friendly. Large parking space. Breakfast buffet was good. Quite pricey but somehow it's worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay at Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with welcome drinks and warm smiles from the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating — they never failed to greet us every time we passed by.
Our room was spacious and spotless, which really surprised us in the best way! The amenities were great as well, and we loved that the hotel is beachfront and located right in Mactan, making it very convenient and relaxing.
It’s also very affordable, especially considering it’s a beachfront property in Mactan Island.
During our stay on October 13, there were strong earthquakes in Cebu. We truly appreciated how the staff quickly offered us a room on the ground floor in another building to help us feel safe for the night — all without needing to move our belongings. Their thoughtfulness and care really stood out.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely come back! 💛

We have stayed at this lovely hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed. We stayed again from 31 Dec 2025 to 2 Jan 2026 to celebrate the New Years Eve. The service was again absolutely excellent with a friendly and relaxed approach. Mr Jojo looked after us very well and Ms. Malou put on an excellent party for New Years Eve as usual.
