We also absolutely loved the convenient location, especially the direct connection to the large mall and the proximity to countless shops and restaurants.

My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria was an exceptional experience from start to finish, offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
The Rooms: Spacious and Spotless
The accommodations at the Crowne Plaza are a true highlight. I was genuinely impressed by how spacious the room was, much larger than many other hotel rooms in the area. The hotel has undergone recent renovations, and it shows; the room was pristine, well-maintained, and featured modern amenities. The large, comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the well-appointed bathroom, complete with a separate walk-in shower and bathtub, added a touch of luxury. The reliable and fast Wi-Fi was an added bonus for both work and leisure.

Had an amazing stay with Crowne plaza. Staff is just amazing at customer service. No wonder why this place is always fully booked. Some of the people I Wana name, Renne( front desk), James ( 7 corner supervisor), Bon Bon ( 7 corner server) these people were so good at their service. Even though my check in was at 3 pm, I was allocated a room n manager had me early check in for no charge. I felt all people working, go above and beyond to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Breakfast menu was very surprising in terms of variety and freshness. Me and my family had a great time and great stay. Thanks to all the people that works hard behind the doors.
